1) Large clean rooms, perfect lunch, easy mall access

1) Noisy due to traffic, dated facilities, limited evening dining options

the room i stayed in was reasonably spacious and complete with king beds and windows opening on a gloomy covered internal atrium. the hotel was in the very central setting to the industrial area.

Excellant quality and pretty standard accommodation with amicable stuff namely at the reception desk. A huge variety of fab options for meal. Excellent and perfect location in a very high traffic area and easy access to a shopping centre and a market.

I had a fantastic experience using the fitness center and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere on the Royal Club Floor.

Location: the hotel was just off Jeddah for a business trip and a private beach and jeddah international mall. Ate at Shami, it's just a short stroll away from the venue. We greatly enjoyed rooms with comfortable bed...

Didn't like the area, it was not very good.

Rooms with comfortable bed had a special atmosphere. The location was good for exploring Jeddah.

The pool is absoultely rediculous, too deep to even enjoy. Spa facilities have been broken for ages, yet they dared to charge me full price. I thought I might deserve an upgrade for my troubles, but no, nothing. Almost considered giving a good review until I saw these disasters, just couldn't. Simply fine.

I think the cost of internet is expensive. More and more I prefer to stay in hotels where internet is free and unlimited. In business, internet is a requirement.

Hospitality, speed, location, and frindly team

The absence of any smile from all the staff in the executive lounge at 7th floor:( Looks like they don’t like, neither their job, nor, their guests

The location, the hospitality, the cleanliness was superb.

Any supports of Hotel staff is excellent during my staying. They are very helpful.

Air port pick up was not effected, even I requested on the day before my arriving.

No shaded parking, room is very small. Other hotels on the same street like Habitat or radisson had better size, parking, services, and food price.

Cute, Warm, Wonderful

The warm smiles from the front desk staff. Mohamad Johar at the lounge whipped up good snacks from morning till evening, turning every break into a treat! Clean and well-maintained rooms ensured I had a comfy and cozy stay.

I like the location of the hotel near madinah road made it easy to go any wher in Jeddah, and room size and cleaness.

One Reception staff did not know the wright process for visa card (should do authorization at check in time not withdraw) .
